Alice Casey Clarke LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14639795, with its registered office at OA Studios, 24–26 King Street, Salford, England, M3 7DG. In these Terms, Alice Casey Clarke LTD may be referred to as “One ONEIRA”, “One Oneira”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

These Terms apply to all services we provide, including but not limited to digital downloads, PDFs, pre-recorded or live sessions, online or in-person events, courses, private consultations, executive programmes, one-to-one sessions, and custom content (collectively, “the Services”). By accessing the Website or purchasing or participating in any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Website or engage with our Services in any way.

Where you enter into a signed Client Services Agreement with Alice Casey Clarke LTD (trading as One ONEIRA) in respect of private sessions, executive programmes, or other bespoke services, that Client Services Agreement governs the provision of those Services. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Services Agreement, the terms of the Client Services Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. These Terms shall continue to apply to general Website use, digital products not covered by the Client Services Agreement, and matters not expressly addressed within that agreement.

Our Website and Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the Website or purchasing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to children.

All content provided by One ONEIRA is intended for general informational and educational purposes in support of personal development. While our work integrates elements of clinical hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and wellness support, we make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results may vary widely depending on the individual and the context of use. Nothing on the Website or within the Services is intended to be, nor should it be interpreted as, medical, psychological, psychiatric, neuroscientific, business, financial, or legal advice. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or illness, whether physical or mental. The Services we provide are not a substitute for professional healthcare or mental health support. They are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed healthcare intervention.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, emotional distress, or a medical condition of any kind, you must consult a qualified doctor, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider before participating in any of our programmes. If you are currently taking medication or undergoing treatment for any psychological or neurological condition, it is your responsibility to obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before engaging with hypnosis or related content. Hypnosis and related practices may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociative identity disorder, or untreated trauma. You are solely responsible for determining whether our Services are appropriate for your individual health needs and circumstances.

You agree to use all One ONEIRA Services, including audio and hypnosis recordings and related content, responsibly and in an appropriate environment. You must not listen to any recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require concentration. They are intended only for use in a safe, private space where you can remain relaxed and undisturbed. You must not use our Services or recordings while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substances that impair alertness, judgment, or decision-making.

When you purchase any digital product from One ONEIRA, including but not limited to downloadable recordings, PDFs, scripts, or online programmes, you acknowledge and agree that access is granted immediately upon purchase. By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. All digital product sales are final unless a refund is required by law or unless technical issues render the product inaccessible and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period following notification.

All bookings for live or in-person events, including group workshops or retreats, are non-refundable once confirmed. Transfers to another date or person may be allowed solely at our discretion and must be requested in advance.

One ONEIRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel a booking, refuse access to Services, or remove any individual from an event, session, or community space if we believe participation may be inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, or if these Terms are breached. In such cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion except where removal arises from the client’s own misconduct.

All content on the Website, including audio recordings, scripts, PDFs, written materials, brand elements, frameworks, and visual design, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Alice Casey Clarke LTD (trading as One ONEIRA). By accessing or purchasing our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alice Casey Clarke LTD (trading as One ONEIRA) disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, reputational damage, or emotional distress. Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Website or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from your use of the Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
